Creating schedule task in OS

HOW TO CREATE A SCHEDULE TASK



You can create a schedule task for any application,music,videos , display message and you can create a schedule for sending mail when you login to your computer.

To create a schedule follow these steps...


>>>go to Run
type-      compmgmt.msc

computer management page will open-




















>>Select task scheduler




















>> Select task scheduler Library

>>Right Click on task scheduler library and select create a basic task




















>> Give any name and discripiton





















>>   Select Next

>> Select Task Trigger when you want to start your program
       There are many option you can select which you want
   




















>> Select Next


>> There are three option

start a program----Select this if you want to start program

Send an e-mail----Select this if you want to send mail to specified email ID when you logon

Display a message- Select this if  you want to display a message on desktop when you logon




















>> Select next





















Brows and give a path of any application which you want to open automaticaly .
I am selceting Internet Explorer which will be in   c:\program file\Interner Exolorer\iexplore.exe

















































Now you have created a task for Internet Explorer. When You will login , Internet explorer will open itself. Like this can create a task for any application , even for music and videos also . Only you have to specify path of that music or videos.
